Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy is for Fallen Heroes Customizations and was last updated on 02/01/2022.
1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
Domestic Shipping:
Standard (5-8 Business Days) After processing: $8
Express (3 Business Days): After processing $25
2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 4 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays.

The processing time starts upon the company receiving any photographs or documents needed for the custom work to be done.
3. CANCELLATIONS
After an order is submitted, it can be canceled and fully refunded. Once processing and item customization begins.  Orders cannot be canceled as items will be customized right away. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.
4. RETURNS
Returns will be accepted within 14 day(s) from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns. Items that have already have been customized cannot be returned. For more information see out return policy below.
5. DELAYED ORDERS
In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund.

Once again, Items that have already been customized cannot be returned. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier
for the item’s status.
6. DAMAGED ORDERS
Fallen Heroes Customizations is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. All items are inspected thoroughly before shipment to ensure they are intact at time of shipping. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Effective as of: February 2 2022:


1. EXCHANGES. We allow exchanges only for customized items. Online, exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at fallenheroescustom@icloud.com to obtain a return authorization form. Be sure to include the item's order number and your reason for the exchange. Exchanges that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange to be processed once we receive your item.
2. RETURN SHIPPING. Shipping instructions will be included with your return authorization form.
3. ELIGIBLE ITEMS. The following items: Special-Order items, Custom Products, and Gift Cards
are not eligible for return/exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at
management's discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth
within this policy. It is solely up to the manager on duties discretion on a case by case basis for any return/exchange.
4. CONDITION OF ITEMS. For non customized items, they may be "open box" but must be unused, undamaged, and complete with all original packaging.
5. FORM OF PAYMENT. Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment minus
shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store
credit may be issued at our discretion.
6. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
ALL customized Items must have a photo submittal of items in question to determine eligibility of a return/exchange which is entirely up to the managers discretion. If damage happened during shipping, then we need to file a grievance with the postal carrier.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

1. EXCHANGES. We allow exchanges only. We do not allow returns. For items purchased in-store,
exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase with a valid receipt or proof of
purchase.
2. ELIGIBLE ITEMS. The following items: Special-Order items, Custom Products, and Gift Cards
are not eligible for return/exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at
management's discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth
within this policy.
3. CONDITION OF ITEMS. Except for items that were damaged when purchased, items may be
"open box" but must be un-used, un-damaged, and complete with all original packaging.
4. FORM OF PAYMENT. Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment minus
